“I have been staying with the 101 for almost a year and it has been such a good experience. This place is kept nice with great care and Dee loves her job and her tenants. Dee’s always thinking of me and trying to help me navigate the new city. Tenants are also very nice. Dee organizes social events in the building and I have made friends there. It’s a safe place. I once lost my wallet in the garage and it found its way back to me real fast. The rooftop has great view of lake Washington and mountains from Olympics National Park. Great waking paths along the lake downstairs. I love that easy access to nature and have enjoyed countless sunsets here. I am facing the construction site so I can hear the noise throughout the day. I have been working from home most of the time and my brain tuned it out. This side does have the benefit of bright sunshine and lake view.”

“My wife and I were fortunate to have discovered the 101 a year ago when looking to re-settle in Kirkland. The downtown location is perfect, walkable distance to shops, restaurants, parks, lakeshore beaches, grocery stores, and health care. We viewed several properties in this prime downtown area and found the 101 to be the best value. Expertly maintained with all the amenities of luxury living at a reasonable price for such a choice property. And if you need anything, the friendly management staff is right there to help out. Another sign of good management – low staff turnover. The same management and maintenance staff are still here keeping things in top shape and running smoothly. The property manager Dee Randhawa made our lease and move in seamless, and still provides excellent support, not to mention organizing regular social events in the building. And the rooftop terrace is spectacular, with views across the lake to Seattle and Madison Park. I would highly recommend The 101 in Kirkland for anyone looking to locate in Kirkland.”
